REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
Purchase of any Chookapeck digital products – Lightroom Presets, Desktop Wallpaper – is for ONE individual license for your use and cannot be re-used by others (your clients, etc).
There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES and all sales are final on Chookapeck digital products.
REFUND POLICY – WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Workshop / Event tickets are transferable but not refundable.
If the Event is
When purchasing from Chookapeck, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by Chookapeck after processing.
We acknowledge and respect the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information provided will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 which regulates the handling of personal information about individuals.
